On my mind...

Well, we met with the home inspector last night who, not in so many words, told us we were crazy if we bought this house. Major structural damage that can't be repaired. New roof needed. Bad design in the first place, making the whole place a fire hazard and likely to leak badly with snow and/or rain.

So, we are back to the drawing board. Maybe we'll end up in Metuchen after all!
